أريتاس لبناء الفرص شركة أردنية غير هادفة للربح، تنطلق من محافظة الطفيلة وتمارس جزءًا من أنشطتها المتخصصة في العاصمة عمّان.Aretas for Building Opportunities is a Jordanian non-profit company based in Tafileh Governorate, with part of its specialized activities carried out in the capital, Amman.
تعمل أريتاس كمنظمة محلية بفكر شمولي منهجي على بناء فرص تنموية واقتصادية مستدامة للمجتمعات محدودة الفرص، من خلال تمكين الأفراد، وتطوير المهارات، ودعم المبادرات الشبابية، وتصميم تدخلات تستجيب للاحتياجات الفعلية للسياق المحلي.As a local organization with a comprehensive, systematic approach, Aretas builds sustainable development and economic opportunities for communities with limited access to them. We empower individuals, develop skills, support youth initiatives, and design interventions that respond to the real needs of the local context.

حكاية الاسمThe name
يستحضر اسم «أريتاس» الإرث النبطي في الأردن، ويرتبط بالحارث الرابع، أحد أبرز ملوك الأنباط الذين ارتبط عهدهم بازدهار المملكة النبطية. ومن هذه الذاكرة التاريخية تستلهم المؤسسة قيمة حسن إدارة الموارد، وحكمة توظيف الإمكانات، وبناء منظومة تحوّل ما هو متاح إلى قيمة وفرص وازدهار.The name Aretas recalls Jordan's Nabataean heritage and Aretas IV, one of the most prominent Nabataean kings, whose reign is associated with the kingdom's prosperity. From this history we draw the value of sound resource management, the wise use of potential, and building a system that turns what is available into value, opportunity and prosperity.
